Our return policy is 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

The product(s) must be returned to our warehouses at your expense, to the following address:

In the event of a withdrawal, you will have to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain number of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item and would like to exchange it for the same item or one of the same price, please email us with a photo to contact@huiledefourmis.com.
